The packaging of this Torras Chocolate, Orgánico Cobertura Fondant 70% looks minimal, including material, design, and color. I quickly checked the ingredients in the English part, there is no lecithin mentioned, which I liked.

I love chocolate, and always look for good chocolate!
A lot of things are important when you choose chocolate, especially for chocolatiers it is important what type of beans, where it comes from, added sugar, preservatives, etc.
I will write about it one day in more detail but for now, this chocolate is one of the best to eat, it is simply very delicious!
Pros:
- It is 70 % which shows purity is fine enough
- The color and texture is smooth and fine.
- It melts in the mouth which adds to the taste.
- The bar is 200 grams which is rare in the shops, most chocolate bars are max 100 grams.
- I like the packaging it is just minimal and without plastic
Cons:
- On the package ingredients, there is contradictory information, in one place it has written lecithin as an ingredient, and in the other language, lecithin is not among the ingredients which creates a lot of confusion about whether it has lecithin or not.
